What you’ll be getting up to?
- Looking after London sites, each serving around 10,000 covers a week serious volume at premium standards.
- Coaching and developing General Managers to become truly exceptional operators and people leaders.
- Driving commercial performance across KPIs, cover volume, cost control, guest experience, team feedback — without sacrificing warmth or culture.
- Being a genuine, visible presence: reviewing performance, spotting opportunities, and feeding back to senior stakeholders.
- Partnering with GMs on the day-to-day while keeping one eye on the bigger picture.
- Building a culture where teams feel proud, connected and cared for and guests feel it the moment they walk in.
