Sales Advisor
Location: Dundee / Perth Area
OTE: £50,000+
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday | 10:00am – 5:00pm
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a leading UK housebuilder covering developments across the Dundee and Perth area.
This role would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or someone from a strong Estate Agency or Property Sales background looking to develop their career with a well-established business that offers excellent earning potential, comprehensive training and genuine career progression.
You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding purchasers through the entire home buying journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
The Role
• Managing the customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
• Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers.
• Conducting development and show home tours.
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing an exceptional buying experience.
• Negotiating reservations and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors and other key stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM systems.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Promoting optional extras and upgrades where appropriate.
• Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
About You
• Previous experience within New Homes Sales, Estate Agency or Property Sales.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
Package & Benefits
• OTE of approximately £50,000+.
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile for the first 10,000 business miles and 25p thereafter.
