Job Title: Multimodal Operator – Exports

Location: Aberdeen, Scotland

Salary: £32,000 – £36,000

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire Multimodal Export Operations process from start to finish
• Preparing accurate quotations and pricing for shipments, ensuring the most competitive rates are secured.
• Coordinating with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to ensure the efficient movement of freight from origin to destination.
• Managing key client accounts, overseeing the entire shipment lifecycle from booking through to final delivery.
• Preparing and processing all required shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Completing customs export documentation in line with current customs regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with a leading freight forwarder.
• Experience on Air & Sea Freight Export shipments is a must
• Experience handling Oil & Gas shipments
• Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish.
• Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service.
