We’re looking for a commercially driven New Business Sales Executive with apparel, merchandise, or fashion experience to join our team and drive growth across key customer accounts and emerging market opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new revenue streams, and help expand our presence across the music merchandise, touring, retail, and licensing sectors.

Working closely with major brands, music industry partners, and retail customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality merchandise solutions with the speed and flexibility required by fast-moving customer bases.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving business growth across existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities within retail, music merchandise, touring and licensing.

• Building and developing strong relationships with Buyers, Merchandisers, Tour Managers, Licensing Partners, and key decision-makers

• Identifying opportunities to expand product categories, increase account penetration, and maximise revenue growth

• Managing commercial performance including pricing, margins, forecasting, and sales targets

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver fast-turnaround merchandise solutions without compromising quality or service standards

• Monitoring market trends, consumer behaviour, artist merchandising activity, and competitor developments to identify growth opportunities

• Leading customer meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and secure new business

• Collaborating with design, production, and operations teams to bring customer briefs to market efficiently and successfully

• Managing critical paths, orders, and project timelines to ensure seamless delivery across multiple customer accounts.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management within apparel, fashion, merchandise, or related sectors

• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities

• Experience working with fast-paced customer environments where speed-to-market and quality are equally important

• Knowledge of music merchandise, licensing, touring, retail, or promotional products would be highly advantageous

• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and growth targets

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

• Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer requirements simultaneously

• Strong numerical, analytical, and commercial decision-making skills

• A creative, trend-aware mindset with an understanding of evolving consumer markets

• Good Microsoft Office skills and a full driving licence
