This is an opportunity to join Matchtech’s Aerospace division, working on a specialist Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) desk – a sector experiencing sustained global growth driven by record aircraft demand and long-term industry expansion.
You’ll join as a Trainee (Associate Consultant) with a structured pathway to become a Sales Consultant within 12 months.

The Opportunity
You’ll join an established MRO desk, initially focusing on candidate delivery and market learning, before progressing into a full 360 Sales Consultant role. Your progression plan:
0–6 Months – Trainee Phase
- Learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source and engage candidates for live roles
- Build talent pools across the MRO sector
- Support experienced consultants on client delivery
- Generate leads and market intelligence
6–12 Months – Development Phase
- Build ownership of candidate pipelines
- Develop relationships with high-demand MRO professionals
- Gain exposure to client interaction and requirements
- Start developing commercial and sales capability
12+ Months – Sales Consultant
- Move into a 360 role
- Manage clients and generate revenue
- Build and grow your own desk
Market Specialism
You will recruit for highly sought-after MRO roles including:
