Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Caerphilly | £25,000–£27,000 + Commission

What you’ll be doing
As part of our recruitment team, you’ll be learning the full 360 recruitment process from the ground up, supported by experienced consultants who’ll help you develop fast. Day-to-day you can expect to:
- Source and engage with candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
- Manage the end-to-end placement process from initial brief to offer stage
- Develop a solid understanding of your specialist market and use that knowledge to advise clients
- Hit and exceed targets (because that’s where the commission kicks in!)
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of work experience, ideally with some exposure to a sales or target-driven environment
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone and in writing
- Self-motivated with a genuine desire to build something and earn well
- Organised, resilient, and not afraid of a fast-paced environment
- No prior recruitment experience needed, we’ll train you properly
✅ Nice to have
- Experience in B2B or telesales
- Background in account management or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ATS platforms

Salary: £25,000–£27,000 basic + uncapped commission
