Role Description

The Senior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in East London. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual concepts for product packaging, games, marketing campaigns, and digital content that align with Bubblegum Stuff’s playful brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics and layouts, refining typography, designing logos and brand assets, and preparing artwork for print and digital channels. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, maintaining brand guidelines, and contributing to ideation sessions for new products and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong graphic design skills, including experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for both print and digital formats.
  • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with a track record of building and evolving visual identities.
  • Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles, with the ability to create clear, engaging designs.
  • Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Relevant experience in consumer products, entertainment, or giftware, ideally in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, humour, and innovative design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
