Senior Site Co-ordinator

Initial 12 Month Contract

Padeswood, North Wales – 5 days per week on site

Inside IR35 – PAYE only

Do you provide extensive site experience or experience of operating site duties across previous construction projects? This could be just the role for you!

This is a critical role ensuring the smooth running of site administration, documentation control, and coordination between site teams, contractors, and head office. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for all administrative activities on-site.

Responsibilities

Site Administration & Coordination

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team

• As the Senior Site Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders

• Maintain site records, logs, and registers (e.g. personnel, inductions, attendance)

• Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and diary management for key stakeholders

• Support Sites employees with their training needs and ensure all E-Learning is completed.

• As the Senior Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for the on-site administrative duties i.e. IT requests, IT support tickets, PPE/Clothing provisions, and office space.

• Ensure the site office is fully operational, including supplies, equipment, and facilities

• Manage office consumables and coordinate IT/telecoms support where needed

• Support onboarding of new site personnel and contractors

• As the Senior Site Coordinator, you will support project with travel requests and travel co-ordination

Document Control

• Manage and maintain accurate project documentation in line with company procedures

• As the Senior Site Coordinator, you will ensure drawings, reports, permits, and technical documents are correctly filed and version-controlled

• Distribute updated project documentation to internal and external stakeholders

• Support audits by ensuring document compliance and accessibility.

Health & Safety Compliance Support

• As the Senior Site Coordinator, you will assist with the administration of HSE documentation, including inductions and training records

• Maintain incident logs, permits, and compliance documentation

• Support site audits and ensure records meet regulatory and company standards

Commercial & Procurement Support

• Raise purchase orders and track deliveries to site

• Process invoices and liaise with finance teams where required

• Maintain records of site costs and administrative budgets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a site office admin role, ideally within construction, engineering or infrastructure projects.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced site environment

• Experience with document control systems and administrative processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with site teams and stakeholders
