The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of your own caseload while playing an active role in building a modern, client-focused conveyancing practice.
Your role will include:
- Managing a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Delivering clear, practical advice with a strong commercial focus
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all key conveyancing documents
- Building lasting relationships with clients, referrers, and local contacts
- Supporting business development and referral networks
- Contributing to strategic decisions and the firm’s long-term growth

About You
You’re an experienced conveyancer who thrives on responsibility and takes pride in delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
- Around 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical skills with the ability to manage files independently
- Confident, organised and commercially aware
- Naturally client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and interested in long-term growth and leadership
