Business Development Manager (x2 roles – North & South Networks)
Hybrid working | UK travel required
£46,000 + performance-related bonus (up to 25%)
We’re looking for two commercially astute and relationship-driven Business Development Managers to join OneMedical Group and help drive the next phase of our growth.
These roles will cover either:
- North Network (North of Sheffield, including Scotland), or
- South Network (South of Sheffield)
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building strong partnerships, and turning conversations into tangible growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across NHS, partnership and wider healthcare markets
- Building and managing a strong pipeline from early engagement through to contract award
- Developing trusted relationships with commissioners, partners and stakeholders
- Supporting bids, tenders and proposals alongside our Growth and Bid teams
- Working closely with clinical, operational and finance colleagues to ensure opportunities are deliverable and commercially sound
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
- A track record of winning new business
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience within healthcare, NHS, public sector or regulated environments
- Confidence, commercial awareness, and a structured approach to pipeline management
