Home Manager
Location: Crieff, Perthshire – PH7
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Package:
• £50,000 per annum
• Up to £12,000 annual occupancy bonus
• Up to £7,200 annual quality bonus
We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a care home in Crieff.
This role is ideal for someone with strong care home leadership experience, a passion for person-centred care, and the ability to manage residents’ wellbeing, staff development, compliance, occupancy, and overall home performance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensuring high standards of care, dignity, choice, and respect
• Maintaining compliance with Care Inspectorate requirements
• Managing budgets, occupancy, and operational targets
• Recruiting, developing, and supporting care teams
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Home Manager, Care Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar
• Strong understanding of care home operations and regulatory compliance
• Experience with Care Inspectorate standards preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Subject to satisfactory references and PVG check
