Legal 500 Firm | Surrey | Hybrid Working
I’m currently working with a well-established Legal 500 firm that is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor to join its growing and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice with a strong reputation in Family Law, handling a varied caseload of both privately funded and legal aid matters. The team offers a collaborative environment, genuine flexibility and excellent long-term career prospects.
The firm is open to considering candidates across a range of PQE levels. NQ Solicitors will be considered provided they are confident managing matters with limited supervision, whilst more experienced solicitors will have the opportunity to further develop their practice within a supportive team.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload of Family matters from instruction through to conclusion
- Advising on divorce, financial remedy, private children and domestic abuse matters
- Working across a mix of privately funded and legal aid cases
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced Family team
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Family Law
- Experience across private children, divorce, financial remedy and/or injunction matters
- Legal aid experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates from privately funded backgrounds are also encouraged to apply
- Able to manage a caseload with an appropriate level of supervision depending on experience
- Strong client care, communication and organisational skills
What’s on Offer
- Join a respected Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation
- Hybrid and remote working options available
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- Genuine career progression opportunities
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
If you’re considering your next move or would like to hear more about this opportunity, I’d love to have a confidential conversation.
