Due to continued growth, we are supporting them to recruit an ambitious and driven Company Commercial Lawyer to join their thriving team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who is ready to hit the ground running and is looking to work on a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

• Solvent restructurings
• Shareholders’ agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Terms and conditions
• Joint ventures
• Partnership agreements
• Mergers and acquisition / Corporate finance
• General company commercial matters

About You:

• A motivated and ambitious Company Commercial Lawyer 1 year+ PQE in England and Wales.
• Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
• Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
