SEN Teacher

Swift Education is looking for an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist Secondary SEN School in Bethnal Green.

The school supports pupils aged 11–16 with a range of additional needs, including ASC, speech and language difficulties and SEMH needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Teaching small groups of pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting pupils with a range of complex learning and behavioural needs
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider SEN team
• Creating a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment

About You

• QTS, QTLS or an overseas teaching qualification
• Experience working with pupils with SEN is highly desirable
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Patient, adaptable and passionate about supporting young people
• Confident working within a specialist school environment
