The role comprises:

• Working closely within a team environment to inspire and enlighten customers and visitors
• Offering unparalleled customer service and experience
• Developing relationships with clients on a one-to-one basis

Key skills required:

• Excellent communication
• Creative – a design background is a bonus
• Experience in a retail environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, team player
• Prior experience/security clearance in Harrods preferred
• Right to Work in UK
