- you have a min of 5 years experience in a creative/production agency or similar
- you have extensive contacts in the Sports industry or another consumer vertical sector such as Luxury or Automotive
- you are experienced in winning new clients – opening doors, pitching and negotiating and can evidence this with examples
We’re partnering with an award winning creative production agency that is entering an exciting new phase of growth. Having built an impressive client portfolio across SPORT & ENTERTAINMENT the agency is now investing heavily in its commercial function and is looking to appoint TWO ambitious Account Directors to help shape the next stage of the business.
This is far more than a traditional Account Director position – you’ll have the autonomy to build a sector, develop long-term client relationships and ultimately create your own business unit within the agency.
There are 2 opportunities available:
- Account Director – tasked with diversifying the agency into new sectors such as Luxury, Automotive, Travel, Technology, Lifestyle or any market where you identify commercial opportunity.
- Sports Account Director – focused on expanding an already successful sports division by winning premium brands, rights holders and sports organisations.
Whichever route you take, you’ll spend your first 4-6 months building your client portfolio before progressing into a leadership position and building a team from 2027 onwards.
They deliver end-to-end creative, production and post-production services for some of the world’s leading brands. Working across everything from TV commercials and branded content to social campaigns, digital films, podcasts and photography, they combine strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution.
They have invested heavily in cutting-edge production capabilities, including its own in-house film studio, podcast facilities, interview suites and green rooms, regularly hosting well-known personalities, creators and elite sporting talent. They’re also embracing AI across production and post-production workflows, making them one of the more forward-thinking agencies within the sector.

This is a proactive new business and client growth role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships and building commercially valuable partnerships. You’ll have the freedom to identify your own target market, create your own go-to-market strategy and own the full business development process from prospecting through to pitch, negotiation and ongoing account growth.
