Senior Legal Counsel – Commerical / Corporate
My client is seeking a Senior Counsel to join their Legal team within a leading international real estate buisness working closely with the General Counsel & C-Suite. The company manages the full real estate development lifecycle, from land acquisition and planning through to construction and delivery of completed projects.
The role involves providing a broad range of legal support across complex commercial projects, corporate matters, and transactional work, including joint ventures and real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong real estate commercial understanding and the ability to support effective risk management across the business.
Based in London, the role offers strong international exposure and a competitive package.
Your profile:
- England & Wales Qualified
- In-House experience (Real Estate advantageous)
- 8-12 years PQE
