The Opportunity
Joining a fast-growing and innovative legal business, you’ll play a key role in developing premium legal content and practical guidance used by leading law firms and in-house legal teams. Working alongside experienced knowledge lawyers, barristers and legal editors, you’ll help shape the future of a cutting-edge legal intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching, writing, reviewing and maintaining high-quality Banking & Finance content
- Developing new resources, practical guidance, precedents, commentary and legal updates
- Monitoring legal and market developments to identify issues relevant to subscribers
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, barristers, knowledge lawyers and editorial teams
- Responding to customer queries and helping shape future content priorities
- Contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative legal technology product
About You
✔ Qualified lawyer with 7+ years’ PQE
✔ Strong Banking & Finance experience gained in private practice or at the Bar
✔ Recent transactional experience highly desirable
✔ Experience in real estate finance, leveraged finance, or broader financing transactions would be particularly valuable
✔ Exceptional legal drafting, analytical and communication skills
✔ Passion for translating complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance
✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
