Corporate Finance & Securities Associates – 2–5PQE – Elite US Firm
A high-performing Corporate Finance & Securities team, led by a market-leading partner, is looking to grow with two associate hires at 2–5PQE. This is an opportunistic hire for a team already operating at capacity, with strong deal flow across equity capital markets, securities, and broader corporate transactions.

What they’re looking for:
- 2–5PQE (hard cap) exceptional candidates below this range will be considered
- US qualified (essential)
- Graduate of an elite US law school (essential)
- Trained and qualified at a Magic Circle or Elite US firm
- Strong academic background with a technically excellent transactional record
- Broad experience across corporate finance, securities and capital markets work
- True generalists comfortable operating across corporate and ECM matters
- Relocation support available for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits:
- Cravath scale elite US market-leading compensation
- Salary range for 2–5PQE: $245,000–$385,000
- Summer and year-end bonuses, plus sign-on bonuses available
