Main Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and procurement activities across a range of categories.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Assist with tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract administration.
- Support negotiations and help identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain awareness of industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, processes, and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support ongoing supplier management.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent; CIPS qualification desirable.
- 2–3 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
- Understanding of IT procurement and supplier management.
- Experience supporting tenders, negotiations, and contract reviews.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with procurement tools and systems.
- Collaborative, proactive, and flexible team player.
