Paralegal – Commercial

Konexo Legal Resourcing is supporting a growing pipeline of opportunities with leading in-house legal teams, including several FTSE100 organisations.

We are keen to speak with freelance Paralegals with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial contracts, gained in-house or in private practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, supplier agreements, SaaS agreements)
  • Supporting contract negotiations and advising on contractual risk
  • Assisting with data protection and GDPR-related contractual matters
  • Managing workload effectively and escalating legal risks where appropriate

About You

  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Able to manage a varied workload independently and meet deadlines
  • Commercially minded, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
