Client

Our client is a family office with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors and asset classes. The firm invests globally through both fund investments and direct opportunities, supported by a collaborative team of investment and operational professionals across international offices.

The Role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to senior executives while working closely with the wider investment team and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, discreet, and confident operating in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including complex itineraries.
  • Manage expenses, correspondence, presentations, reports and other executive documentation.
  • Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate investment committee meetings, including agendas, document preparation and meeting minutes.
  • Support broader business administration and operational activities across the investment team.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and CRM data.
  • Organise internal meetings, off-sites, board meetings, networking events and corporate functions.
  • Work collaboratively with executive support colleagues and office management to deliver an exceptional level of support.
  • Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively manage competing priorities.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services, investment management, private equity, hedge funds or professional services.
  • Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, with confidence using CRM and other business applications.
  • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
