A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its growing Leveraged Finance practice in London.
The team is highly active in the mid-market, advising banks, direct lenders, credit funds, private equity sponsors and corporates on a range of debt financing transactions. They have particular strengths across leveraged finance, acquisition finance, private credit, refinancings and exits with regular involvement in cross-border matters.
You will work on transactions involving senior debt, unitranche, second lien, TLB, first-out/last-out and super senior facilities, alongside a well-regarded wider debt finance group.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in leveraged finance or banking at a leading national or international firm.
- Strong transaction management skills.
- Confidence drafting and reviewing credit agreements, intercreditor arrangements, security documents and legal opinions.
- The ability to supervise junior team members and manage key deal workstreams.
