I am working exclusively with a growing, independent construction consultancy that’s winning exciting commercial projects across London and is looking to appoint an ambitious Intermediate
Project Manager
This is an opportunity to become part of a close-knit, collaborative team where you’ll have real responsibility, genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality projects, not just another number in a large corporate.
What you’ll be working on:
- Commercial office refurbishments (Cat A & Cat B)
- Office remodelling projects
- Occupier fit-outs
- Occasional new build developments
We’re looking for someone with:
- Minimum 4 years’ Project Management experience
- Commercial office sector experience
- Strong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B projects
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- RICS Chartered or keen to work towards Chartership
- Experience gained within a consultancy environment (larger consultancy background advantageous)
