We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior People Business Partner to join our Group People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, managing a People Partnering team, and shaping people strategies that drive business performance and growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, influencing business decisions, driving organisational change, and delivering people strategies that support growth and performance within a fast-paced insurance and financial services environment.

This role is based between our London/ Chelmsford offices, with ad hoc travel to our UK offices as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
  • Manage People Partnering team, driving consistency, capability and a commercial partnering approach.
  • Coaching and influencing leaders to build high-performing teams.
  • Leading organisational change and supporting acquisitions and integration projects.
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and employment risk.
  • Using people data and commercial insight to support decision-making and business performance.
  • Supporting talent, succession planning, engagement and retention initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a HR/People Business Partner in a commercial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business priorities.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement.
  • Insurance, broking or wider financial services experience is highly desirable.
