Paralegal – IP Litigation

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm specialising in intellectual property litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting Partners and Fee Earners on complex litigation matters
• Conducting legal and scientific research
• Assisting with case management and disclosure
• Preparing and managing court bundles
• Handling document management including pagination, redaction and filing
• Conducting patent searches and maintaining research libraries
• Assisting with court filings and attending hearings where required

What we’re looking for:

• Degree educated (law, science or technical discipline preferred)
• GDL completed for non-law graduates; LPC or BTC advantageous
• Minimum 3 months’ experience in a professional services environment desirable
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads
• A proactive team player with the ability to use initiative
