Salary: Up to £80,000

With a strong product, impressive trading performance and a passionate ownership team behind it, the business is now looking for a General Manager who can build on an already successful foundation and continue driving standards, culture and guest experience.
This role would suit a people-focused operator who thrives in quality hospitality environments and enjoys creating memorable experiences through exceptional teams, attention to detail and a genuine love of the industry.
The role:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-performing hospitality venue
- Drive team engagement, retention and development across a large workforce
- Maintain exceptional standards across service, atmosphere and guest experience
- Take ownership of commercial performance, profitability and operational delivery
- Work closely with senior leadership to support the ongoing growth of the business
- Develop future leaders and create a culture where people can thrive
- Ensure every aspect of the guest journey reflects the values and standards of the brand
The person:
- An experienced General Manager from a quality hospitality background
- A natural leader with a proven track record of building strong teams and positive cultures
- Passionate about guest experience and creating environments people want to return to
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of operational performance
- Comfortable leading large teams in fast-paced, premium hospitality settings
- Ambitious, energetic and looking to grow alongside an expanding business
- Someone who leads from the front and takes pride in the details that make great hospitality stand out
