A leading international law firm in the City of London is open to hiring a junior Real Estate Associate, offering the opportunity to join and work on a broad range of high-quality commercial real estate matters for an impressive roster of investors, developers, funders and occupiers.
The Team
The team advises across a wide variety of commercial property transactions and is known for its work on complex, high-profile and large-scale development, investment and asset management matters.
The practice acts for a first-rate client base and has been involved in a number of standout mandates across the market, including major mixed-use London developments, retail and leisure portfolio acquisitions and management work, student accommodation schemes and investment and financing transactions involving landmark real estate assets.
The breadth of the client base and workflow means this role would offer excellent exposure to a mix of investment, development, asset management and transactional support work, within a genuinely commercial and collaborative team.
About you
This would be a strong opportunity for a lawyer at around 1 PQE, or someone approaching this level in the coming months.
Equally, this role is open to those at the lower end of 2 PQE, who are looking to build their career within a well-established and highly regarded real estate practice.
The successful candidate is likely to have gained solid commercial real estate experience during training and/or post-qualification, and will be looking for a role that offers both quality of work and a strong platform for development.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys a broad spread of real estate work, wants access to strong clients and visible matters and is keen to develop within a team that is ambitious, well-supported and very well regarded in the market.
