An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the delivery team on one of London’s most significant mixed-use regeneration schemes, with a leading Tier 1 Irish contractor
This landmark residential development forms part of a wider multi-billion-pound transformation project and represents the final phase of a prestigious boulevard-style neighbourhood in South West London. Designed by a world-renowned architect, the scheme will deliver two high-specification residential buildings rising up to 15 storeys above an extensive basement and podium structure.
With a construction value in excess of £250 million, this is a rare opportunity to take a leading role on a technically challenging and high-profile project that will leave a lasting mark on London’s skyline.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful planning, coordination and delivery of key elements of the development, ensuring programme, quality, commercial and safety objectives are achieved throughout the construction lifecycle.
Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives, you will play a pivotal role in driving the project from early construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management of project operations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams and specialist subcontractors.
- Drive programme delivery and monitor project milestones.
- Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at all times.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across client, consultant and supply chain teams.
- Oversee quality assurance processes and project compliance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining commercial objectives.
- Contribute to project reporting, planning and strategic decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale residential, mixed-use or regeneration developments.
- Strong track record delivering projects valued at £100m+.
- Experience managing complex structures including basements, podiums and multi-storey residential buildings.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning and project controls.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.
