ROLE – Senior Building Services Manager
COMPANY – A nationally recognised building and civil engineering contractor with a network of offices across the UK. This role is based out of their London & South East building office. They typically deliver new build or complex refurbishment schemes with sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare and life sciences. Schemes are generally D&B or NEC forms of contract with values ranging from £30m through to £200m.
PROJECT – A new circa £70m hospital scheme based in London which will be on site until 2029.
RESPONSIBITIES – You will act as a the lead Building Services Manager on the project and would work closely with the Project Director, but report into the Regional Head of Building Services. You will be involved in sub-contractor procurement and MEP design before moving on to the delivery of the MEP packages once the scheme starts on site. You would have the support of a Building Services Manager/Asst Building Services Manager.
