I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, tech-forward construction consultancy based in Central London, renowned for delivering smart commercial solutions across the UK and internationally. With innovation, sustainability, and people at the heart of their mission, they’re redefining cost consultancy across high-end residential and commercial projects.
They’re now looking for a talented MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. You’ll lead the cost and contract management of complex mechanical, electrical, and public health packages — from tender to final account — on high-profile builds.
What You’ll Need:
✔ 3–5 years of experience in MEP QS roles
✔ Degree qualified + RICS (or working towards)
✔ Strong commercial & contractual understanding (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
✔ Confident managing MEP packages independently
