Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters working in a small team. The role will be broad in nature and cover; corporate and commercial work, funds, legal regulatory and IMA/Distribution agreements.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of UK Legal in a variety of tasks
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
- Face off with senior stakeholders in finance, ops, investment and compliance
Qualifications
- England & Wales Qualified
- Must have completed a training contract in a Law Firm
- Has some corporate experience via a training seat or recent practise area
