No two days are the same — you’ll learn business from the ground up, work with real clients across multiple sectors, and build the skills to run a business of your own within our organisation.
Starting Out: Marketing & Sales Your journey starts on the front line. You’ll master the fundamentals of marketing and sales — building brand awareness, generating leads, pitching to clients, and closing deals. This is where you’ll develop the commercial instincts and communication skills that underpin everything else.
As You Progress: Business Management Your responsibilities grow with you. You’ll move into overseeing general business management, including:
- Human Resources – recruitment, onboarding, team development and performance management
- Legal & Compliance – contracts, regulatory awareness and risk management
- Finance – budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and financial reporting
- Client Management – building and managing relationships with clients across a wide range of sectors, from retail and tech to finance and professional services
By the end of the programme, you’ll have a 360° understanding of how a business actually runs — and the experience to prove it.
