About the Role

GG Aviation Ltd is seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Cabin Crew Member to join our elite flight operations team aboard our Falcon 7X fleet. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional in-flight service while upholding the highest standards of safety, discretion, and hospitality for our valued clients aboard our private jet fleet.

Our operations span West and Central Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and the USA, requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for excellence in diverse international environments.

This is a hands-on, dynamic position ideal for an individual who takes pride in curating a seamless and refined onboard experience — from sourcing and preparing bespoke catering to maintaining the aircraft’s presentation and stock between flights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  • Deliver world-class, personalised service with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Escort passengers to and from the terminal, assist with luggage, and anticipate client needs throughout the journey.
  • Take full responsibility for the safety and comfort of passengers from boarding to disembarkation.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight cabin checks, ensuring catering, amenities, and emergency equipment are ready for service.
  • Source, prepare, and present catering to an exceptional standard, including light cooking or plating onboard.
  • Oversee aircraft provisioning and re-stocking, ensuring all catering, amenities, and interior items are maintained between flights.
  • Deliver safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete accurate post-flight reports, detailing any incidents, passenger feedback, or maintenance needs.
  • Assist Flight Operations/Owners with additional passenger requests as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid First Aid Certification.
  • Valid Crew Resource Management (CRM) Certification.
  • Valid Smoke and Fire Training Certification.
  • Valid U.S. B1/B2 and C1/D visas (or ability to obtain).
  • Previous Corporate or VIP Cabin Crew experience (business jet operations strongly preferred).
  • Strong culinary and catering presentation skills, with the ability to manage bespoke passenger requests independently.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a flexible, discreet, and professional approach.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Generous per diems.
  • Flexible 50%/50% rotation, supporting a balanced lifestyle.
  • International travel across diverse and exciting destinations.
  • Opportunity to work within a professional, close-knit team committed to excellence in private aviation.
