The Role
You will join a high-performing team focused on private investment funds and the full lifecycle of fund matters. The practice covers fund formation, secondary transactions, GP-led restructurings, co-investment arrangements, and other strategic transactions. The role offers regular client contact, top-quality work on market-leading deals, and the chance to develop technical and commercial skills in a fast-paced setting.
What They’re Looking For
- Qualified solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) with experience or strong interest in private funds work
- Background in fund formation or alternative investment structures is desirable
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
