Employment Associate/Senior Associate 5+ PQE – London
A highly regarded London law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join its established and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including executive exits, tribunal litigation, corporate support, reorganisations, redundancies, and employment aspects of M&A transactions. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supervising junior lawyers and supporting the continued growth of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years experience in employment law
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters
- Strong technical ability and excellent academics
- Training gained at a well-regarded firm
- A small portable client following
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- Confidence in advising senior executives and corporate clients
