The Role
You will assist and advise on a broad range of privately funded family matters, including:
- Divorce and separation.
- Financial remedy proceedings involving substantial assets.
- Children matters.
- Cohabitation and relationship disputes.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- International family issues.
- High-value and complex private client matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly).
- Completed a family law seat during training.
- Strong academics and excellent communication skills.
- A genuine interest in private family law.
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Ambitious, personable and keen to develop a long-term career within a highly regarded family practice.
- Applicants should have trained with a recognised private family team and have exposure to HNW work.
