Tribal Digital is partnering with a leading London-based creative agency to find an experienced Paid Social Manager with a passion for live music and culture.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working with some of the biggest names in the music and events world — helping to craft social campaigns that bring fans closer to the artists and experiences they love.
About the Role
As the Paid Social Manager, you’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, delivery, and optimisation across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and client teams to ensure every campaign hits its mark and resonates with audiences in the ever-evolving world of live entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid social media strategies for live music and entertainment clients.
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with creative teams to test, refine, and enhance campaign content.
- Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Keep ahead of trends, tools, and new formats in social advertising and digital culture.
About You
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Deep understanding of targeting, tracking, and optimisation techniques.
- Confident with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Passion for live music, culture, and digital creativity.
