I am recruiting for a highly regarded Central London law firm who are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. My client is a multi-service law firm, with their property department comprising of 20 people representing HNW clients in residential and commercial property transactions. The role requires the successful candidate to work on prime London real estate transactions.
The role is for a Residential Property Solicitor who is at least 4PQE with experience running their own caseload of sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extension files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property files.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice
- Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including networking and marketing efforts to enhance the firm’s profile in the residential property sector.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications + Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 4-year of post-qualification experience in residential property.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with a strong commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
