Our client, a leading multinational law firm, is seeking experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers to support their established finance team.

This is a hands-on interim assignment, offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate-backed finance transactions alongside a high-performing and collaborative team. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, confident handling complex finance matters, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Rate: £Day rate DOE
• Working Pattern: Full Time
• Location: Hybrid/London

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a variety of finance transactions, with a primary focus on real estate finance matters
• Preparing and negotiating finance documentation with strong technical accuracy
• Coordinating and managing the CP process to ensure timely completion of transactions
• Liaising with internal teams and external parties to progress deals efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring clear communication on progress and timelines

Requirements

• 4+ years post-qualified experience in real estate finance or banking & finance
• Strong knowledge of finance transactions, with a focus on real estate-backed lending
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical ability
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly and concisely
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Interest in business development and understanding client objectives
• Confident, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
