We’re working with a high-growth fintech seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team.
This is an opportunity to join a scaling international business where legal is viewed as a genuine partner to the organisation. Working within a small, highly visible team, you’ll enjoy broad exposure across the business and work closely with senior stakeholders on a diverse range of legal and commercial matters.
The role offers a varied remit spanning:
- Commercial and strategic customer contracts
- Corporate transactions and financing matters
- Governance and company secretarial work
- Data protection and regulatory issues
- Product development and AI-related initiatives
- Vendor, partnership and operational agreements

- Approximately 6–10 years’ PQE
- Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction

- Comfortable taking ownership of matters from start to finish
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interested in broadening their experience beyond a traditional commercial legal role
