Are you an experienced legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior French speaking Legal PA/Secretary to join a collaborative and professional team supporting senior legal professionals.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in helping lawyers deliver excellent client service by:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings and schedules.
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading legal and business documents, presentations and spreadsheets.
- Monitoring inboxes and ensuring correspondence is handled efficiently.
- Supporting billing processes, client onboarding, conflict checks and engagement documentation.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintaining client databases and electronic filing systems.
- Assisting with expenses, timesheets and general administrative tasks.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts while providing exceptional service
About you
We’re interested in candidates who have:
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
- At least five years’ Personal Assistant experience supporting senior professionals, ideally within a Legal, Private Equity or financial services environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused approach and a professional manner
