Title: Associate Director, Real Estate Finance

Location: London or Paris

Our client is a leading investment banking advisory platform seeking an Associate Director to join an established and high-performing real estate finance team.

The role:

• Supporting the origination and execution of debt advisory transactions across acquisition finance, development finance, refinancings and recapitalisations.
• The successful candidate will take responsibility for end-to-end transaction execution, financial analysis and structuring, client relationship management, and the oversight and development of junior team members.

The requirement:

• Applicants should have strong debt advisory or real estate finance experience
• Advanced financial modelling, structuring and analysis capabilities
• Excellent project management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions in a client-facing environment.

Salary: £110,000 – £130,000

Bonus: 50-100%
