Job Description:

Sports Programme Manager – Join the Foxes Club Team!

Inspire, Develop, Lead. That’s What We Do.

Foxes Club is growing and we are looking for an exceptional Sports Programme Manager to step into a pivotal role at the heart of London youth sport.

If you are someone who thrives on responsibility, gets energy from being on the ground, and wants to genuinely shape how sport is delivered to thousands of children across London, this role was built for you. It sits at the heart of everything we do, spanning two departments, multiple venues and a team of coaches who need someone exceptional alongside them.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk. It is for someone who wants to lead, grow and leave a mark.

About Us

We are one of London’s leading children’s sports organisations, delivering high-quality sessions across more than 30 venues and coaching thousands of children every week. Our programmes include term-time classes, school partnerships, holiday camps, events and birthday parties across multiple sports.

Our Football Academy holds 3 Star FA Accreditation, the highest recognition awarded to grassroots clubs, and as a Nike Partner Club we compete against elite clubs including Arsenal and Chelsea.

Our mission is simple. Deliver outstanding sport in a safe, supportive environment and help young people thrive.

Who You Will Be Joining

Foxes Club is not a corporate machine. We are a close-knit, high-standards team that genuinely cares about what we deliver and how we deliver it. The people here are passionate, direct and ambitious. We back people who show up, take ownership and want to be part of something. If that sounds like you, you will fit right in.

Earnings and Growth

£30,000 to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus performance-based bonus linked to retention, capacity utilisation, coach stability and programme growth.

We also offer one of the best packages in the sector at this level. You will receive:

  • Competitive earnings with performance-based bonus potential
  • 28 days leave entitlement
  • Flexible working arrangements as you progress
  • Free breakfast and complimentary snacks, tea and coffee
  • A full technology package including Apple Mac, company iPhone and necessary equipment
  • Nike kit
  • Newly refurbished West London office with free on-site parking
  • Free access to our programmes for your family and friends
  • Exclusive access to Premier League and international football matches and events
  • The opportunity to grow within a high-performing organisation with serious long-term potential

The Opportunity

Your home base will be on the Club side of the business, supporting our existing programme managers across our seven-day-a-week operation spanning term-time sessions, holiday camps, birthday parties, and school and nursery contracts. Where the business needs it, you will also provide operational support to our FC Academy department across our Kensington and Chiswick academies. This breadth is intentional. We want someone who can move between environments and add value wherever they are deployed.

You will:

  • Support day-to-day operational delivery across Club programmes and venues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with coaches, venue contacts and key stakeholders
  • Own scheduling, logistics and on-the-ground organisation within your assigned areas
  • Maintain a strong on-field presence, ensuring quality and standards never drop
  • Drive growth through retention, capacity optimisation and smart operational decisions
  • Step across into Academy operations where needed, demonstrating the versatility we value
  • Ensure all coaches within your remit remain compliant with safeguarding and DBS requirements

This is a hands-on role requiring regular weekend presence. You will divide your time between our Park Royal office and programme venues.

What We Are Looking For

  • A natural leader who thrives with ownership and accountability
  • Exceptional organisation and time management with sharp attention to detail
  • The confidence to make decisions and manage your workload independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in sports management, coaching or business development
  • Comfort working across different programme environments and team structures
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred

Most importantly, we want someone ambitious, proactive and aligned with our values. No corporate jargon. Just high standards, hard work and real impact.

Safeguarding

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All appointments are subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.

Application Process

  • First Stage: Apply via LinkedIn. Please include your CV and a cover letter in the same file, explaining why you are the right person to join the Foxes Club team

  • Third Stage: In-person interview for further selected candidates
