My client is a highly professional, world leading business that specialises in the production of B2B Conferences to core business sectors across Defence & Security, Due to expansion a role has arisen for an innovative lead producer to work on their record-breaking Defence & Security portfolio, taking the event to the next level whilst using strategic & commercial nous, a great opportunity for an experienced producer with an interest in the sector

• ksResearch, write & produce large sale business conference
• s.Produce each event to the highest quality possible, curating content for the relevant eve
• ntEnsure data is requested and received from all invited and confirmed speakers and workshop leaders and added to the internal database dail
• y.Ensure deadlines are met and production targets achieved and exceede
• d.Maximise event profitability (keeping speakers’ expenses to a minimu
• m)Work with Marketing to check all marketing material relevant to your conferences, advising them on how best to attract potential delegates, making suggestions of associations, societies, and journals suitable for external marketing activity. Provide a mid-production marketing brief to add any developments or refinements to the initial research brie
