Private Family Office / High-Profile Principal
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet and service-focused Chauffeur to support a high-profile private family office based in South Kensington
This is a varied and trusted role, supporting the Head of Trusts and a senior Principal in his 80s. The position will involve providing first-class chauffeur services, concierge support and an appropriate level of personal security awareness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting the Principal and senior members of the office to key appointments, including regular travel between South Kensington and Oxfordshire. You will take full responsibility for ensuring journeys are smooth, safe, punctual and handled with the highest level of care and discretion. This is not simply a driving role. We are looking for someone who understands how to operate around high-profile individuals and who can provide a calm, professional and polished service at all times.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional chauffeur services for the Principal and Head of Trusts
- Managing regular travel between South Kensington, Oxfordshire and other key locations
- Ensuring all journeys are planned carefully, with timings, routes and contingencies considered
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion and confidentiality
- Supporting the Principal with care, patience and professionalism when attending appointments
- Providing concierge-style support where required
- Maintaining the vehicle to an immaculate standard
- Acting as a calm, reliable and trusted presence
- Representing the family office with professionalism at all times
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working with high-profile individuals, such as UHNW families, politicians, members of the House of Lords, senior public figures or similar
- A strong understanding of discretion, protocol and confidentiality
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A calm, composed and highly professional manner
- Strong route planning and time management skills
- A flexible and helpful approach
- A full, clean driving licence
- Experience in chauffeur, concierge, private household, family office or security-focused environments
A uniform will be provided.
