Our environment is based on respect and having a good day at work, so you can expect to join a knowledgeable, global team who help each other to succeed.Due to continued growth, our workshop in Kintore is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to support the team with NDT, dimensional inspections and, ideally, weld inspections.Job ResponsibilitiesNDECarry out Non-Destructive Tests on Welds, Structures and Materials (MPI, LPI, DPT, UT)Material testing (Hardness, PMI)Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain proper documentation of findings.Maintaining NDE Equipment, ensuring equipment used for inspection is calibrated, maintained, and fit for purpose.Assist in the calibration team in doing in-house calibration and verification of outsourced calibration activitiesCoordinate with engineering, quality, production, and workshop personnel regarding inspection requirements and results.Inspect components dimensionally and visually based on drawings and datasheets in line with current processes and proceduresReview and report on product quality non-conformance reports (NCRs) and system failures to drive continuous improvements and reduce failure costsVerify that equipment manufactured, assembled, tested within the facility conforms to applicable specifications and agreed customer requirementsMaintain quality relationships with key functions of the company, including fulfilment, engineering, projects and procurementSupport development and maintenance of the local Quality Management SystemCompliance with project HSSE Plan, Quality Plan and related requirementsProvide CWI support when required for all the welding-related activities on site.
