Assistant Business Manager – London, UK

Assisting in driving sales, coaching a team of Beauty Consultants, and maintaining the luxury brand image in the Retail department.

Responsibilities

  • Set targets for all team members in line with company expectations.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
  • Lead and coach your team to ensure all team members, along with yourself, achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
  • Educate and train team members on the use and history of Parfums Christian Dior products.
  • Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized products to clients, confidently overcoming objections.
  • Demonstrate products on clients through flash make‑overs and explain benefits.
  • Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at the counter and through traffic stopping.
  • Proactively manage all team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities and supporting with training and guidance.
  • Manage stock levels in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Proactively grow your business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
  • Ensure all operational and administrative tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
  • Participate in merchandise management and align it with corporate guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company procedures, policies, and store policies and procedures.
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
