About The Role
EKC Group is seeking an experienced Business Insights professional to lead the development of employer intelligence, data‑driven insight, and impact evaluation across employer‑facing initiatives. We are looking for someone with strong analytical capability, experience in CRM or similar systems management, and business intelligence skills, with a passion for using evidence and insight to drive meaningful organisational change and strengthen employer relationships.
This role involves travel across our sites and to visit local employers.
