This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to progress their career in Management. Two Junior Operational Services Managers are required, to join the General Surgery Management Team within the Colorectal & UGI department.
The post offers an excellent opportunity for development, gaining exposure to a wide range of operational issues within the General Surgery Directorate.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships.
- Manage a busy workload, prioritise, and focus on critical issues when decision making is essential.
- Have experience working in an acute Trust and operational management skills.
- Have experience managing admin teams as part of your current role.
